Shannon did an excellent job of showing me my future home. She checked all the information concerning the HOA and the rules and regulations of this address. She set me up with a wonderful inspector to complete the inspection of my future property and she communicated with the sellers realtor in detail about my purchase before the contract was signed. She checked the area extensively before preparing the contract for me to sign to purchase my home. She even communicated with the lender to make sure I was paying the right charges to the lender.
